19th Tai­wan Docu­men­ta­ry Film Festival

Huang Shu‐Mei 黄淑梅 is the guest direc­tor of the ERCCT’s 19th Tai­wan Docu­men­ta­ry Film Fes­ti­val, which is to take place from Decem­ber 5 to 6 at Kino Ate­lier in Tübin­gen. Huang Shu‐Mei is deep­ly con­cer­ned with the degra­da­ti­on of Taiwan’s natu­ral envi­ron­ment and the films that fea­ture in this year’s pro­gram thus tre­at topics like the envi­ron­men­tal move­ment, the eco­lo­gi­cal wis­dom of Taiwan’s indi­ge­nous peo­p­le and the impact of the ener­gy tran­si­ti­on on local communities.

The ERCCT is gra­teful for the gene­rous sup­port from the Tai­pei Repre­sen­ta­ti­ve Office in the FRG Munich branch office.
